All our nickel alloy tubes are seamless, cold drawn/rolled to a certain size, and finished in bright annealing/pickling and annealing. It can be customized according to your specifications and can be manufactured up to 60 feet long.

Corrosion resistant nickel alloy tube / pipe
The high corrosion resistance of nickel is due to the fact that nickel is a relatively precious metal in the electrochemical metal series. Adding chromium, molybdenum, copper and other elements can form alloys with higher oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, which makes it possible to be used in a wider range of applications. Seamless pipes and tubes made of corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloys are the first choice of basic industry manufacturers because of their excellent resistance to various acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid) and alkaline solutions.
High temperature nickel alloy tube / pipe
The high-temperature, high-strength nickel-based alloy is based on austenitic structure, which can further add specific alloying elements, such as chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, titanium, aluminum, and niobium. This results in an extremely low alloy content. The iron concentration allows the material to be used in corrosive environments up to 1100°C (2,012°F). For special requirements, titanium tubes for heat exchangers and bimetallic tubes for stripping towers in urea applications can be provided.
