Powder Coating
The corona phenomenon makes the powder adsorb on the coating. It is widely used in household equipment, outdoor decoration materials, etc.
Baking Varnish
The paint used in baking varnish contains Amino resin, Acrylic Acid resin or other resin that requires high temperature to consolidate. In general, baking varnish can form a stronger, more weatherproof coating than spraying paint.
Spraying Paint
By spraying gun or dish atomizer, with the aid of pressure or centrifugal force, the spray droplets are dispersed into uniform and fine droplets, which are applied on the surface of the workpieces. Natural drying in a dry and clean environment under room temperature.
Electroless plating
Electroless plating also known as autocatalytic plating is a kind of plating method in which metal ions in plating bath can be reduced to metal and deposited on the surface of parts using appropriate reducing agent without applying current.It is an environmental friendly surface treatment process
Electroplating
Electroplating is the process of plating a thin layer of other metals or alloys on some metal surfaces by using electrolysis principle, to prevent metal oxidation (such as rust), improve wear resistance, conductivity, reflectivity and corrosion resistance and improve the aesthetic effect.
Passivation
In industry, passivation is a process in which metal is treated in nitrite, nitrate, chromate or dichromate solution to form a chromate passivation film on the metal surface. The process prolongs the rust-proof time of stainless steel in a high salinity environment.
Black Oxidization
Black Oxidization or Blackening is probably the most popular surface treatment for ferrous metal corrosion protection. Like many other surface treatment method, the process creates a thin but compact oxide layer which isolates the workpiece from the air and hence prevents corrosion.
Anodizing
After anodizing, its thickness is 5-30 μ m, and the hard anodizing film can reach 25-150 μ M.
Vibratory Finishing
Vibratory finishing is normally applied to small or medium-sized workpieces. The process is used to deburr, clean, polish or sometimes darken the workpieces.
Polishing
Depending on the abrasive material and the workpiece's material, polishing can make the surface finish between Ra 0.8~Ra0.1. Complicated surface polishing with small volume like mold is normally handled by labors while regular surface (cylinder surface for example) with larger volume involves rotating machines or even auto polishing lines.
Shot Blasting
It is widely used in forging, casting and welding industries. The purpose of shot peening is not to make the appearance better, but to make the surface of parts harder and more durable.
Sandblasting
Sandblasting is widely used in post-processing such as numerical control, casting, injection molding, etc. It can be used to remove rust, cover knife marks, increase the total surface area of other surface treatments, deburr and smooth sharp edges.
