I think that the choice of 316L material is in line with GMP. This wrong concept has a certain amount of precipitation in relevant people in China and even abroad. Although the author has written such articles, people have improved on this, but there are still some people in the industry who are still addicted to this. This is a misunderstanding of GMP, which is also contrary to the GMP content.
· In the GMP transformation of the pharmaceutical industry, a large number of stainless steel materials are used, including pipes, valves, appliances and even operating platforms. According to analysis of relevant data, its value can account for about 1/3 of the total investment in GMP transformation of fixed assets. It is used wherever possible in stainless steel. Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and hygiene, and its surface processing can reach very high precision (matte or even mirror surface). It has the advantages of smooth, beautiful, easy to clean, sterilize and disinfect. . However, the use of stainless steel also has certain limitations. Since some technical personnel do not have enough knowledge about related issues, industrial accidents caused are not uncommon.
